HR Admin Assistant jobs Vacancy, We are urgently looking for an experienced and talented HR Admin Assistant for our firm, location Dubai.
- Must be able to present information in a positive, informative, accurate and professional manner
- Must possess ability to set up systems and prioritize work responsibilities
- Person will have to work out of our office
- Responsible for daily review of HR email and distributing appropriately in a timely manner
- Create and maintain all employee files, prepare new hire paperwork
- Record and file information ensuring timeliness, completeness and accuracy
- Process employee changes (name, address, position, etc.)
- Other duties as requested/assigned
Job Skills :
- Attention to detail critical. Must be self-directed and able to work with little supervision.
- Ability to interact with candidates, employees and management at all levels of the organization.
- Experience with Outlook or other calendaring software a must.
- MS Office experience with ability to type/enter data quickly and accurately.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word a plus.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality
