Assistant Cpo Jobs Vacancy in Daman Abu Dhabi Jobs Details:

General Description

  • Support the CPO in all his activities and ensure professional office management.

Main Duties

  • Follow the day to day operations set by the CPO to ensure continuity of work and delivery of effective and high quality outputs
  • Provide executive level administrative support to the CPO such as:
  • Organizing and keeping minutes for various meetings
  • Preparation of presentations, reports etc. as required by the CPO
  • Calendar management (appointments, meetings, etc.)
  • Coordination of CPO travel arrangement
  • Filing of confidential and non-confidential documents
  • Handling of email correspondents
  • Take, relay and/or respond to telephone calls/messages in a timely manner
  • Liaise with the different units under CPO for the required periodic reports and updates
  • Meet and greet CPO’s visitors
  • Report on regular basis to the CPO on the operational activities, challenges and issues faced
  • Coordinate with the different business units of Daman and act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and effective communication
  • May work on or support projects/initiatives originating from the CPO Office


Skills

  • Very good command of written and spoken English; Arabic language is a must
  • Very good analytical, execution, problem solving and decision making skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to acquire and apply new skills
  • Flexible and able to work under pressure
  • Respect and maintain a high level confidentiality
  • Proactive and results oriented whilst ensuring high quality of work
  • Advance level of customer service orientation and professionalism in all interactions

  • Good knowledge of health insurance concepts
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft applications
