We are looking to recruit an Office Administrator for Dubai. Interested candidates can apply.

Major responsibilities include:
- Receive inbound calls to the office line, provide necessary information and channel messages to the corresponding colleagues.
- Welcome visitors to the office, including property owners, customers, business partners and employment candidates.
- Submit and ensure the processing of all types of applications and paperwork to the local government bodies, including but not limited to visas, trade license, labor permits.
- Update payments to suppliers' relevant files.
- Proactively manage the timely renewal of all Employment Visas and Labor Permits, and company related licenses, and represent company during Labor Inspection.
- High School Diploma.
- Candidate with minimum two Years of experience.
- Independent working method , high level of personal initiative
- Excellent knowledge in MS OFFICE.
- Goal oriented.
- Time commitments.
