Service Coordinator Jobs Vacancy in Danway Llc Dubai Jobs Details:
- Attend and Register Customer Complaints
- Allocation of Customer Complaints
- Order Processing
- Outstanding Follow-up
- Keep DSO at a minimum level
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Process the spare required for day to day service activity
- Arrange demo material
- PR preparation and follow-up with the supplier for delivery
- Maintain customer enquiry register on day to day basis
- AMC/Invoicing file updating and printing
- Prepare calibration certificates
- Prepare service quote and follow-up the same
- Order processing and arrange delivery through the concerned department
- Payment and quotation follow-up as per monthly target
- Update the service department as per ISO standard.
- Good in communication skills - verbal and good in typing
- Flexible and Able to handle under pressure task
Academic & Qualification:
- One year of experience in Customer Support activities / Customer Service.
- Well familiar with products such as Weighing Scale, Printers, Weighbridges, Strapping Machine, Filling Machine & Auto ID products.
- Diploma in Administration
