Business Operations Administrator Jobs Vacancy We are looking for experienced and talented Business Operations Administrator for Dubai. Category –Business Operations Administrator/Administrator Jobs.

Job Responsibilities:
Liaising with Production Team Leaders and shop floor staff personnel to collate production information.

Analysis of orders and product demand to generate production plans.

Goods inwards booking in and onto system.

Working with the supply chain, raising and creating of purchase orders.

Filing, photocopying, scanning and any other general administration tasks.

To adhere to all health and safety.

Aid in the maintenance of supplier documentation and contracts.

With other stakeholders develop matrices for methods of control and report generation.

Job Skills:
Experience of system implantation would be highly advantages.

Computer Literate with strong analytical capability – Including Excel and pivot tables.

Previous experience within a general administration support role.

Excellent communication and organisation skills.

Ability to work well on own initiative or as part of a team.

Ability to multi-task and with a high level of attention to detail.

Supply chain experience (i.e. Planning, Manufacturing) preferably in highly regulated industry.
