– Residences Manager
Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi Residences offers 53 long lease apartments, and 71 Privately owned residences to a most discerning clientele who have chosen a luxury lifestyle that best suits their everyday needs. These Residences include studios, one-two-three and four-bedroom apartments. Private Residence owners and tenants can enjoy amenities including the Spa & male and female Fitness rooms, a dedicated Residential lobby and entry drive and media room. The Four Seasons Abu Dhabi is home to 6 distinctive restaurant options, with ease of access between the Residential floors and the main hotel. A la carte services will also be available, including but not limited to Housekeeping, valet laundry, grocery shopping, private dining requests, cigar and wine storage in the hotel.
The Residences Manager directs and controls the day-to-day operation of the Residential team, including Front Desk, Concierge, Bellman/Porter and Valet parking teams. They will be the liaison between the Residential Front Office team and the supporting departments to ensure all service requests from owners and tenants are completed in a timely manner, to the highest standards of execution. Their primary responsibilities are to ensure the service standards delivered to the residents are of the highest level in keeping with the Four Seasons brand.
The Residences Manager will assist in the hiring and training of all Residential team members, and provide regular performance feedback. The Residences Manager will be responsible for overseeing the control of Residential inventory, including all software that tracks owners time in Residence and leased apartments occupied by tenants, ensuring the accurate accounting of all a la carte services. The Residences Manager will complete regular tours of the residences to continuously preserve and improve the product, ensuring that all areas of the residences are properly staffed to handle demand periods.
We are searching for a leader with strong interpersonal, and organization skills. They should also pay great attention to detail and have a sound financial acumen. Additionally, candidate must possess excellent communication skills and be verbally articulate with strong written composition ability. Two years related experience in a luxury Residential model is preferred.
