Booking Coordinator Jobs Vacancy in Clean Click Dubai Jobs Details:

The Booking Coordinator serves as an initial contact for customers, and assists them in a manner consistent with customer service standards. The Booking Coordinator must posses computer knowledge of using custom software, Excel and other related software.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Operates computer and phone system to appropriately and accurately schedule, change, cancel, coordinate, and confirm appointments.

2. Answer phone calls and Whatsapp messages of customers and book the appointments as per the availability.

3. Inform customers about the prices and confirm the appointment in advance to avoid last minute cancellations.

4. Register feedback / complaints from the customers and forward it to management for appropriate action.

5. Follow up with Drivers for same day bookings and assign available cleaning staff for the job

6. Receives, processes, and files letters and forms

7. Verifies and updates customers details like address, phone, email etc., in the booking software system

8. Maintains and updates regular customer schedules.

9. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING IN CLEANING COMPANY AS BOOKING CO-ORDINATOR
