About the Job:
We are currently looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join Al Futtaim Motors in Dubai. You will be responsible to oversee the offices, store room, pantry room’s stock levels, safety and cleanliness by taking positive action towards any relevant issues. Provides excellent service to all guest and executive management team needs.
Specifically, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Sustain, maintain, and update stocks or supplies from different area of responsibilities such as offices, store room, pantry and such
- Provide exceptional services to VIP Guests, Visitors, Consultants and Executive Management Team
- Participate in environmental and safety issues that concerns the workplace
- Participate in third party audits for ensuring quality of service adhered
The ideal candidate for this role should be a high school graduate. You must have at least 1-year experience as an Office Assistant. You are highly organized to maintain electronic / paper files and office supplies. You will be able to copy and duplicate manuscripts, documents, letters, other business related materials on photocopying machines. You also need to have the knowledge in preparing various tea & coffee especially Arabic drinks, coffee and tea. You are respectful, courteous, responsible and has good communication skills.
