Sts Finance Business Partner Analyst Jobs Vacancy in Sts Subsea Abu Dhabi Jobs Details:

We are currently sourcing a STS Finance Business Partner & Analyst to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will be

supporting VP Operations and local Service Line Finance managers.

Responsible providing all aspects of business financial support which is offered locally this will include:

Interpreting, explaining and driving performance within the business

·

Supporting and Influencing Key Operational and Strategic decisions

·

Advising on Key business planning assumptions, trade-offs and opportunities

Detailed Description

Detailed Responsibilities include:
Business Support

·

Working with Local Service lines leads and Operations VP, to provide local financial strategic support for the business, in areas of expansion, new territories and pricing. Such support will include tax considerations in the areas of mobilisation and the impact on income taxes, Corporation tax, Withholding Tax as well as looking at entity structure, and further supporting pricing and internal service solutions

Providing Finance decision support with bids, pricing, cost base whilst maximising profit and cash flow

·

Working with the business to produce and submit forecasts & budgets and coordination with the service line finance teams and leaders

·

Providing monthly project financial Dashboards to project managers & Service Lines Leads and VP finance i.e.

revenue milestones, full cost details, cash milestones, cash collection, unbilled values

·

Margin analysis reviews with the project accountants and project managers with particular attention to margin at bid, current margins and forecasts, under/over recoveries

·

Implementing and ensure compliance with the STS DOA

·

Responsible for the process review and continuous improvement of STS processes, working with Finance Manager in the Middle East to implement such proposals

·

Providing adhoc analysis and insights on specific issues

Reporting

·

Monthly STS financial reporting pack, which highlights variances to Budget / Mid-year forecasts highlights ways to drive performance to keep on track of targets

·

Weekly reporting to all service lines of Indirect costs, SG&A and billability, again highlighting ways to drive performance

·

Monthly reporting of Backlog, with a key focus on building backlog,

·

Monthly reporting of capacity planning graph, utilizing Backlog, Prospects & Gap to sell information

·

Monthly reporting of Other Financial and non-financial KPI’s including cost savings, local win rate

·

Monthly & timely flash reporting

·

Dealing with adhoc reporting requests in a timely manner

Credit

Risk

·

Monitoring of DSO and following up with other offices where support is required

·

Comply with the STS weekly reporting framework in relation to cash collection

·

Providing credit analysis for all new and existing clients in line with global policy

Job Requirements

Minimum Education:
Accounting degree/qualification preferred with previous experience in similar role.

Minimum Experience:
Prior industry experience preferred or experience in project accounting and reporting.
