HR Executive Vacancy, We are looking for experienced and talented HR Executive for our firm , location Dubai.

Job Description:

  • Project management of intermediate complexity.
  • Create PowerPoint presentations; manage Excel data sets.
  • Travel arrangements
  • Expense reporting and Travel Planning through Concur
  • Calendar planning and scheduling through Microsoft Outlook
  • Schedule domestic and global conference calls
  • Calendar management – coordinate internal and external meetings
  • Event management organization of quarterly meetings, volunteering events, off-sites, etc.
  • Miscellaneous tasks to include catering, copying, binding and any other ad-hoc requests
  • Participate in planning and other business related meetings as requested.

Job Skills:

  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Experience submitting travel expenses through Concur
  • Strong Outlook experience with scheduling and calendars
  • Ability to multitask
  • Team player
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Executive administrative experience, preferably within a human resources department
  • Very strong technical competency, specifically with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Gmail etc
  • Experience with the setting up and management of virtual meetings and tools
