A leading organization in Dubai is looking for HR Manager. Ideal candidate must have 10 years exp in HR.
CIPD Qualification is preferred.
Must have exp in Employee relations and Training with the large organization in UAE
Salary 35000 Dhms plus benefits
Position reports to Head of HR
Responsible for the Employee relations, Learning and Development, visa and Immigration, Medical insurance,employee relations and retention, health & welfare benefits, safety & health, succession planning for more than 1000 employees.
Develops human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information; recommending courses of action.
Improves performance of manager and employee by identifying and clarifying problems; evaluating potential solutions; implementing selected solution; coaching and counseling managers and employees.
Manages client expectations by communicating project status and issues; resolving concerns; analyzing time and cost issues; preparing reports.
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Must have knowledge of UAE Labor laws.
