Our client one of the leading trading companies in UAE requires HR MANAGER for their operations in Dubai, UAE.
The ideal candidate should be Female, with at least have 3-6 years of experience in training and recruitment, payroll, and administration.
Periodical review of the Organization Structure, recommend, discuss and implement changes which improve effectiveness and efficiency of the human resources
Plan recruitment needs, build a database of potential candidates and ensure timely recruitment of qualified talents on all levels within the hierarchy which includes interviewing, assessment, short-listing and contract negotiations with candidates
Ensure a proper induction (including development of individual schedules) for all new joiners in all relevant areas, monitor the performance during probation period and recommend actions to be taken before end of probation
Develop and maintain a reporting system of relevant HR KPI’s, analyze data and recommend solutions for areas of improvement
Periodical review HR processes in place, adjust existing process manuals if and when needed and ensure that for all processes manuals are in place
Oversee the monthly payroll process, verify and approve all payroll relevant information and ensure timely processing of the payroll
Ensure that salary ranges, benefit and reward systems are in line with market structure, and internal requirements, recommend and implement required adjustments when needed
Ensure efficient utilization of all Retail and Events staff, oversea the planning, decide on placement of resources and manage schedules
Assess training needs of employees, develop training plans and ensure implementation
Develop training documents for all provided internal trainings and conduct regular training sessions to ensure that all staff has the same level of knowledge and expertise
Manage the performance assessment cycle for all staff, conduct regular reviews and support the department heads/supervisors with setting objectives/targets and the assessment
Ensure that HR related administrative support is provided as needed (Visa, other relevant legal requirements, Gate Passes, Labor Accommodation, Documentation etc.)
Provide support in all assigned additional projects
