Operations Manager Movenpick Hotel Apartments Downtown Dubai Jobs Vacancy in Area Management Middle East Africa Dubai Dubai Jobs Details:
Reporting directly to General Manager , as F&B Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving the efficient and profitable food and beverage operation including All Day Dining Restaurant, Pool Area, Meeting & Events and Room Service.
The primary responsibility for this position is to facilitate a unique guest experience by delivering the highest level of food and beverage quality and service, manage and develop the team and take part in formulating and monitoring the annual budget, managing human capital and operating expenses. However, being a pre-opening, assisting management for operating equipment, restaurant set up, menu planning and standards/ policies to be prepared accordingly.
- Management and/or supervisory Food and Beverage qualification and relevant experience in similar role for a reputed Hotel in UAE.
- Able to meet financial targets and enhance sales/revenue with creative marketing techniques.
- Ability to comply with all Food and Beverage brand and HACCP standards.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service.
- Pre-opening experience will be an advantage.
