Role Overview:

Manage, retain and develop business relationships with customers under the plan of Commercial objectives:
  • To deliver exceptional service for customers
  • By offering services tailored to their requirements
  • With the concern of business efficiency, profitability, quality of service and risk and compliance with ethics.
  • Work jointly with the team to achieve the business objectives in line with our principles.
  • Deploy global standards day-to-day activities
  • Handle customer objections with profession as per Complaint Handling Procedure
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Manage and monitor current customers’ portfolio with operations (deposited and withdrawals), advising clients on their investments and inform on new products and offers banking
  • Resolve and follow different problems and customer complaints - Improve Customer Experience by handling customers complaints effectively within the agreed SLA
  • Achieve cross-selling with other department of the bank, choosing a program best suited to customer needs; while ensuring compliance guidelines.
  • Clean up the portfolio
  • Deploy global standards day-to-day activities
  • Increase / maintain the resources of the bank, with more deposits and term deposits.
  • Collaboration - Drive collaboration with CMB by working jointly to achieve business objectives
  • Protect the bank against financial crime by understanding and implementing FCC and Regulatory guidelines
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and audit requirements and sales quality standards
  • Comply with applicable Financial Crime Compliance and Regulatory Compliance policies/regulations
  • Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets

Qualifications

Experience & Qualifications:
  • University graduate in banking “DEA technique bancaire et monnetaire” almost with almost 3 years Banking ops associate since 2013.
  • Good knowledge in banking, regulatory changes and technical sales, product range and services.
  • Good verbal and written English
