To create more smiles, we are looking to add an Experience Hub Director to our team. In this position, you will be responsible for providing the necessary management and leadership to the Farah Experience’s Hub to ensure that it contributes profitably and adds significant value to the Yas Island tenants by standardising and controlling the Customer Experience. You will also be responsible for contributing to the overall strategy of Farah Experiences: governance and leadership, marketing and strategic growth of the business unit, operations, commercial and stakeholder management.
- Overall responsibility for the management and deployment of the budget associated with the operational performance of the Experience Hub.
Meeting annual, quarterly, monthly and weekly performance goals set and agreed with Farah Experiences management.
Overall responsibility for the delivery of the contractual performance defined and agreed with the Yas Island tenants each year.
Overall responsible for all employees within the business unit both permanent and temporary.
Overall responsible for the design and maintenance of an organisational structure that is appropriate to ensure operational success.
Overall responsibility for client satisfaction.

Experience and Skills Required
- Minimum of 3 years’ director level experience in the contact centre or business process outsourcing industry.
Have extensive contact centre operations experience, qualifications and job knowledge in a demanding, customer-centric, high-performance environment.
Outstanding communication skills; able to speak clearly, confidently and understandably; able to answer queries concisely; ability to liaise at all levels; inform and advise others. Able to produce written communications and procedures, which are clear, fluent, concise and readily understood by recipients/s.
