Operations Project Manager Jobs Vacancy in Company Dubai Jobs Details:

  • Assist in day-to-day coordination and management of operational activities for events
  • Liaise with clients and partnership team to ensure operations delivery
  • Coordinate and assist with managing project tasks to ensure delivery with specific budgets and timelines
  • Build and maintain strong client and supplier relationships through regular communications
  • Maintain clear and accurate operations documents and procedures for reference purposes
  • Evaluate operational performance and assist in strategic plans for implementation
Working closely on streamlining processes for efficient execution
- Managing project timelines and milestones from all departments- Marketing, Sales, Production
  • Managing team of event coordinators and event day staffing for events
  • Managing event aspects and implementation including registration processes, logistics, transportation, hospitality
  • Closely working with Production Manager on build-up, AV, branding, and other logistical aspects

  • Talking to others to convey information effectively
  • Adjusting actions in relation to others' actions.
  • Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
