A world-class health care facility of U.A.E. is actively hiring Nurses for its various departments.
Conducts accurate and complete admission assessments.
Observing and recording the patient’s condition and the effectiveness of the various treatment modalities.
Coordinates care, in collaboration with a wide array of healthcare professionals.
Establishing treatment plan based on sound nursing theory, scientific principles, and individual patient needs.
Administering prescribed medications and treatments.
Effectively educating the patients about their conditions and needs.
Provides teaching and educational material to patients and/or families, including diagnosis, tests and procedures, safe operation of equipment, medications, injury prevention and nutritional needs.
Supervising licensed practical nurses (LPNs) and certified nurse assistants (CNAs).
Maintains confidentiality regarding patients and families.
Establishing trust and building rapport with patients, families and other visitors.
Facilitates the incorporation of patient safety and Magnet principles into clinical nursing care.
Conduct clinical nursing research in support of improved practice and patient outcomes.
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience is required.
Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
