Administrative Assistant - Dubai We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for our prestigious client, based in Dubai’s financial heartland. This is a very exciting organization with a strong remit and we are seeking an individual with an interest in law and legal proceedings. The candidate should ideally possess an educational background that supports this interest. Strong administrative skills, coupled with excellent organizational ability and high attention to detail are required for this position. The successful candidate will be highly analytical and have strong English grammatical ability, being able to write clearly and concisely, whilst under pressure. The role encompasses; diary management, internal and external communication with various stakeholders, drafting of documents, experience in a database system and a good working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
This is a dynamic and fast paced environment, where you will be expected to be highly self-motivated with excellent time management and inter-personal skills. Candidates should have at least two – three years of demonstrated office administration/secretarial experience, preferably within a legal or professional services environment. Due to the scope and nature of this role, we will only be able to consider native English speakers.
