Assistant Project Coordinator Vacancy, We are looking for experienced and talented Assistant Project Coordinator for our firm , location Dubai.

Job Description:
* Perform data entry tasks in support of new business initiatives or reports
  • Assist in the organization and maintenance of stories in the project backlog
  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver a project plan with a list of tasks, owners and target dates
  • Deliver on the agreed scope within the agreed time frame
  • Proactively identify and manage issues and risks related to delivery and escalate as needed
  • Create and update process documentation, standards, strategies and templates
  • Provide weekly executive reporting on project status and progress
  • Deliver engaging, informative, well-organized presentations on a regular basis
  • Assist in developing reports to monitor team progress and efficiency
  • Plan, Coordinate and participate in key project team meetings on recurring cadence
  • Prepare progress reports and communicate concisely with team members and team leads
Job Skills:
* Computer proficiency within a Windows environment and with Microsoft Office applications
  • Highly organized and familiar with common task tracking methods and tools
  • Work experience of tracking and statusing of tasts
  • Willingness to learn new software applications
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Proven analytics and problem solving skills
  • Must understand software lifecycles and development of workstreams and processes
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a group on a task or a larger project
  • Must be outcome and results-oriented
