About The role
To provide dedicated administrative support for the Automotive Academy Tech & Non-Technical and Systems Training Team in line with the Service level agreements to reflect a high quality, premium training delivery.
To effectively manage the training administration cycle on the iGrow LMS system, ensuring accurate data reporting for all Automotive businesses.
Handle telephone, reception and email communications with the Brand, Distributor, Retail network and trainers.
Proactively promote Academy learning events to the business.
Maintain systems and databases, to ensure the accurate recording of delegate progress and certification.
Produce monthly reports for all trainings scheduled.
Work closely with trainers to produce annual training calendar.
Minimum 4 years of customer facing experience, administrative support roles in training department/ environment.
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service
- Ability to maintain strong administration skills
- Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, understandable manner and listen attentively to others to understand material.
- PC Literate and an understanding of Microsoft Office Programs
- Attention to detail
